Returns

We offer exchanges or store credit on unused products with boxes and no sign of use. Lipsticks are non returnable. If we detect an item is used we will refuse the package and have it returned to you. WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS. We do not issue return labels. Products should be shipped back to us no longer than 7 business days after receiving your items. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds of store credit after 10 days. Thank you for shopping with us! Our return address is on your package.
